We’ve made accessing ECO 4 funding simple, fast, and stress free

Qualification

There are two sides to qualifying for Eco 4 Funding. Firstly, anyone living in the property needs to be either a homeowner or private tenant and receive one of the following benefits:

  1. Child Benefits
  2. Child Tax Credits (CTC)
  3. Income based Jobseekers Allowance (JSA)
  4. Income related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  5. Income Support (IS)
  6. Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
  7. Universal Credit (UC)
  8. Working Tax Credit (WTC)
  9. Housing Benefit

 

if you are not on one of the above benefits, but have a household income of less than £31,000 per annum then you will also need to have two of the following:

  1. The home is located in the LSOA 1-3 area.
  2. A householder is at risk of living in a cold home, as defined by the NICE Guidance.
  3. A householder obtains a Council Tax rebate.
  4. A householder is recommended under a local government-run programme aimed at assisting low-income and vulnerable families.
  5. A resident is entitled to free school meals.
  6. A household has been identified as being in persistent debt on utility bills and mortgage payments, and Citizens Advice, their energy supplier, or their mortgage lender has recommended them to the Local Authority for assistance.

 

Finally, your property must be inefficient and must fall within one of the following EPC Bands: DEF or G.

We will guide you through this entire process to see if you qualify.

Survey

We will appoint a surveyor to visit your property! This is to identify all of the measures that could be installed under ECO 4. Once we know what your property needs in order to make it more energy efficient we can get the funding approved.

Installation

The final step is the Installation of all your eligible measures and technology. You will be kept in the loop every step of the process and all approved measures will be installed. All work is carried out under PAS2035 and MCS standards.
